Small anchovies are first dry-fried to remove the fishy smell, then tossed with toasted sliced almonds, sunflower seeds, garlic, and coated with homemade slightly sweet soy sauce glaze.
Our anchovies are made fresh daily using the freshest ingredients that we purchase directly from the market every morning.

Expiry date: To maintain its freshness, it is recommended to consume the anchovies within 2 weeks (from date of delivery). Keep in fridge.
